Standard schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.  Flexible start time will be considered.   We make NatureFlex and Cellophane packaging films.  These are biodegradable and compostable products to help reduce plastic pollution around the world!  Since they are made from renewable wood pulp as a raw material, we essentially make transparent paper.  Check out the process here.   Compostable packaging is a rapidly expanding market.  As a result, Futamura is in the process of a major expansion and we are still growing.    We are looking for good people with a drive for advancement to come join our team.    The Futamura Group was established in Japan in 1950 and is now a global operation specializing in high added value packaging products. We are now the single largest Renewable  and Compostable packaging film production facility in the world, and still growing!  We are in need of qualified individuals to help support our growth.   The Futamura Group was established in Japan in 1950 & is now a global operation of 6 manufacturing divisions serving customers around the world.   Futamura’s objective is to specialize in high added value products. Among these is NatureFlexTM , a biodegradable, compostable film produced in the Tecumseh, KS facility. NatureFlexTM is based strongly on renewable resources and are fully certified to the European (EN13432) and American (ASTM D6400) norms for compostable packaging.
